Six Sigma in Pharmaceutical Industry

My hiring experience in this industry has been related to instructors. While were mindful of the pedigree of the certification we conducted two forms of interview - technical and platform skills. Our MBB's had a series of questions they used to assess one's knowledge of the tools and how they are to be applied. Our "better" instructors then assessed one's ability to speak, command a presence, their patience, and other metrics impacting their ability to instruct.

Worked pretty well.
